Watch what I eat. Try to eat less bread. Take one half piece of bread if I eat sandwiches. Try not to eat big at night or at all. Didnt work out a lot in Manhattan, but I did walk a lot. Might work out today, been fightin a cold for seven days now. Good about my weight. But I'm still not happy with how my body looks. Will try to get into the single digits in the next few weeks. It would be awesome to get under 300 by
Florida.
314.7 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
