phone rang and entered journal w/o being finished lol... as I was finishing, my love of the sights/sounds of nature, especially on long walks, I'm going to have to cut back on the length and walk less everyday, so as to add up to less in a week, and see if that plus a little more caloric intake will help... I did 20.6 miles in 3 days (M/W/T) this week so maybe a lil much lol!!!! ya'll have a great week..
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
