I feel as if I am on a reasonable plan--am trying to keep wine to 2 smaller glasses and then have seltzer water--will buy more today. Trip is less than 4 weeks away and if I am going to get down further, I have to do it now. In fact, I am getting smaller from some of the exercise, and I am continuing to add pelvic floor work which is good all around--adding a walk every afternoon should be my next step. Walking after body blast is def a good thing and i've met a nice person in the process. I control my thoughts--good to remember--enjoyed Ted's talk--will review those notes and continue concentrating on the "happiness" factor.
