Less exercise leads to greater drop due to HCG intake
230.6 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually, it's mostly likely less exercise means your muscles aren't retaining water to help them heal so you see a bigger loss on the scale. I have been eating less and working out really hard and the scale went up 4 or 5 pounds. I know it's temporary. But i would rather be a smaller size and lean and strong then just be a smaller version of what I am now. Great job on your loss though.
