Hey, 0.5 pounds is still 0.5 pounds. Obviously that means I'll reach my goal a lot slower, but I'm fine with that. A loss is still a loss in my book. However long it takes, to lose this amount of weight doesn't happen over night or in one week or even in one month, so no worries!
246.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
