FF.1323, 202.6 Hope my weight levels at this for a while (not jumping up). I know I can't keep losing at the rate of the last 4 days. So I am quite happy to stay here for a while. I feel lighter, maybe it is tighter, and my clothes which had gotten snug feel ok again. Thank heavens. I plan to exercise at 10, buy paint for the 2nd coat and other bench. Alin finished caulking the pew and then began painting it. I had planned to paint it but he did it and it looks good. Roy and I fixed the lawnmower handle, I hope, but I have to get gas to try it out.

My class went well last night, it is a long time for me and them, 4.5 hrs for them, 6 hrs for me. Several had to take the test before class so I had to be there at 4. They are a great class and try hard to hang in there to the bitter end, but I know their brains are screaming and threatening to shut down. I try to keep it very interactive so they are doing, not just watching. And I try to keep a light touch and with humor, but stress the important parts.

Today, exercise at 10, errands, prepare the house, and have company at 1:30 to abt 5. If there is enough time in the day light I might start painting the bench. Then relax. I have to go to the groc. to get treats for my company and I think I am going to only get things that either I absolutely don't eat like sugar stuff or snacks like grapes that I can include in my food plan. I have full control of this so I can make a secure time for me as well as provide good items for others if I plan carefully.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
