NOOOOOOOO!!!

Definitely losing my focus. Disastrous week for portion control. Snacked like I lost mind. Made excuses for larger portions. Just outright lost it. Gotta get back to doing the things that got me here.

Gotta keep my eyes on the prize... Feeling better, Better health, More flexibility and movement, REGULAR CLOTHES!!!,, 😂😂
267.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
