been such a busy week and lots has gone wrong lately. Haven't been able to exercise as much as usual but still the weight is going in the right direction. Not much more to go. At least I am in the ballpark of where I want to be. :)
124.1 lb Lost so far: 145.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
