Th. 1086, 202.6 Wow! It is really coming down. Recording each meal as I eat is very helpful. When dinner comes I know what I have left and it really helps me make good choices. Last night after all was over, papers graded, etc. and I was watching my favorite show I had a 'the day is over, what can I snack on' urge. I decided on decaf coffee and savored it slowly. I was ok. I didn't want to mess up a good enough day. I had to eat out at a not cal. friendly place for lunch (I was in Publix and had to wait for a prescription for my dog) and decided on a Philly sandwich with good veggies and too much oil I am sure. I got some soup but ate it last and really just tasted it and after putting in the cals for the sandwich in my phone, I decided to toss the rest of the soup. Love this system.
I went to exercise class, was a bit dizzy when I stood, up but no Vertigo. Then to publix, etc. Then I went to the neurologists and they said to come immediately when I have my next bout of Vertigo. As usual they couldn't find anything wrong, which is discouraging for the Vertigo but actually great - no brain tumors, blood pressure fine, etc. Afternoon was equally busy. I graded the papers late last night and the grades were very good on whole, so I was excited. Sadie is doing ok. The Benadryl isn't knocking her out as much as I thought it would, but she really needs to get out to the bathroom every hour or so. That is tough on a busy schedule. She is still trying to scratch a bit but pill taking 4 times a day is a synch with the pill pockets.
