Ok I’m determined to log cals today. Even if I’m over on them 🤪 at least I’ll know how far off I’ve been. Gotta get back to it! Breakfast down!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
