Started vitamin D yesterday, dr's orders. Dr. Duvuuri was very pleased with my progress on restricted calories - I can now have 800 every day, and 1000 some days - instead of the 600-1000 range/800 average. I'll shoot for 1,000 about every 3rd day, or as hungry.

SBD cookbooks are great! the curry chicken was super tasty. :)
218.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
