weighed in this morning at 87.5kg which means that I am up

now all of last week I couldn't exercise because of my right heel bothering me so I took to drink and naturally eating at night which resulted in my weight gain

my heel is slightly better and I exercised in the morning so let's hope I can go all week

no booze this week

strict diet of no more than 1400 calories
192.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
