W. 1418, 204.0 No class today, but a Neurology apt. with Dr. Novey (Kathy). Vertigo lasted two days + this time. DE exercise at 9 or 10. Zumba yesterday, I was physically spent the rest of the day, maybe a bath just afterward would help. I didn't sleep well because of impending leg cramps all night so I know I am dehydrated. I will drink at least 2 G2's this morning. Sadie's apt. went fairly well, Dr. Kutcher put her on Benadryl which will keep her very drowsy (and not itching); it is 2 pills 3 times a day added to her schedule. I need to add them to her list. Got Pill Pockets from vet. They work great. Also got a spray that is to sooth, but Sadie doesn't like it. It is the only thing that she really resists.

Rick was here for 3 hrs. but the mower has a missing part that keeps the bar down to keep it running. I need to go look at Lowes and see what is missing. I have a piece. He mainly scraped the pew and planted 3 surviving mums from fall. Alin came over last night and worked on strengthening the pew outside. He glued and nailed and filled holes with caulk. I need 3 more canisters and 1 to replace his. I also need to get a quart of paint and a roller, the bench is too big for spray. The kids had a lot of fun outside. They didn't leave till 9. They liked the blue wheelbarrow and the green treasure box. We can plant the lettuce seeds soon.

Food went well, I was busy all day so no trouble with boredom eating.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
