Ended up tracking my walk in two different chunks last night. Hogan's new friend was waiting for him and so excited, I let them play again and just restarted once we got going. 2.7miles combined, 5.2 miles for the day. I bought my hot chocolate for the winter - they increased the quantity and calories per packet from 90 to 160. that's significant. I'm thinking about cutting it with chocolate protein powder and using 1/2 package per night since it's mostly sugar at this point. Annoying. Check labels from time to time, things change and they don't always tell you. Goal is to keep calories per serving at 100 calories and cutting the sugar would be a bonus. It's all about something warm at night and I don't really care for tea at night. 50 envelopes last me all year, so this isn't a crisis, just something to be aware of.

prepped everything for the casseroles but the extended quest for an open star smog station derailed my plans yesterday. I did cook the spaghetti squash and the sauce is done, I just need to assemble. I think this is a waffle Sunday. sunny outside here, enjoy the day!
