well this weekend was my free weekend where eat off my diet...one day i did good the other i went overboard eating like i use to. then this morning man... i was just having one of my moments... i stayed in bed til about 12 more like one and ate a whole pint of ice cream....smh it was sooo good but i got it out of my system ....later that after noon i wentto a diffent supermarket (which has the all different types of fresh fruit and veggies) and stocked up.... feeling much better even though i gained back some wait ill do better this week
