Went out of town for a night....ate pretty crappy...seafood (crab dip, etc), slim jims, DQ blizzard, chips, etc...but I got back on track pretty quick. My daily calorie intake has continued to be over my 2,000 goal, but I have been hungry. I am guessing it is due to the running. I have continued my half marathon training regularly and my long run is up to 7 miles. I think my weekly total last week was just over 18 miles. Life is good!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 109.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
