doing a little better. trying to focus on HEALTHY eating, which in the long run leads to weight loss (for me anyway).

missed a couple days of my food journal, which is an important tool for my success.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
