Tu. 1319, 205.0 Yea! I was hoping yesterday's weight of 208 was due to body fluctuations and I guess it was. I tried to keep busy until I left to go get vac bags before my class from 5-10:30. I made a new veg. dish of Sesame-Roasted Mushrooms and Scallions, 109 cal. It is very good and a lot can be eaten to get veg. requirement and to be filing. This is a keeper. When I go to the extra effort to eat well, and food I enjoy, it makes the tempting times later easier to contend with. Zumba today. So back to my exercising. Plan to go each day left in the week to an exercise class. Yoga is not being held this Fri. but I will do the exercises at home most days including the weekend. VERTIGO has subsided, so I am back in the game.

Today Rick comes and we will work outside on scrapping the bench and painting it and the table and chairs. I need to go get more paint before he comes at 2. I'll take Sadie outside with us, she enjoyed Sun.'s outing. She seems to be healing ok, maybe I'll call the vet to see if they can check her this morning. Two days and it will be two weeks. She seems quieter but in good spirits. Poor thing, she can't even lick or scratch without being told not to do it, so I would be bored too. Her T-shirt can come off on Thurs. if all is well. She seems to be fine with it, though. Who would have thought a golden retriever would tolerate wearing a T-shirt all the time.

Time to plan my day's food. Using the Ziplock glass bowls is helpful to put a meal together in each bowl to be grabbed at the appropriate meal. I can take the bowl from the frig., heat up the whole meal in the bowl in the stove, and then eat from it or put it on a plate. The most efficient time plan it to put the time into cooking good things then parceling them out into the bowls for easy and quick use later.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
