I was doing so well not touching any candy yesterday until like 6 PM and then I was literally on a hunt for every Butterfinger I can find.. Today I threw the rest out but my kids still need their candy. So I’m putting it in a bag and we’re counting how many pieces are in there and they get to have one piece a day and that keeps me in check from not putting my hands in there. Time to look like hot shit!
115.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My trick is to only buy candy that I don't eat. Fortunately for my trick-or-treaters, I'm a vegan so I buy all the good stuff--Snickers, Reese's, KitKats, etc. which are made with milk chocolate.
