I'm back home from my birthday getaway. While I was away my nutrition was way off. I missed meals and substituted snacks for them. I did log most of what I ate. Yesterday I ate under goal, badly missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 1054 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // Sleep Goal met
152.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
