Have altered my routine here and there, tiny changes. A little more healthy fat added in, plant proteins a couple times a week, fewer animal proteins ( cardiologist approves), slightly larger portions if I am hungry for it. AND had Pizza and Beer for my birthday! So Good 👍🏽
145.2 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
