I feel like I'm standing at the base of a mountain, looking up wondering what is the best way to get to the top...its going to be a struggle, its not going to be easy but I just need to keep moving forward...even if its slow & steady
I can't wait to enjoy the view from the top!!
262.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
