Eedesigner's Journal, 21 March 2011

I knew last week was just a blip. Got a little more exercise last week and followed diet pretty well. All of it added up to a nice average loss. Getting harder to resist tempting foods, but I'll keep trying to stay motivated. Bought new jeans Saturday and look forward to shrinking out of the rest of my wardrobe.
338.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
