Time to get back on track. Knee is feeling better since the Car accident in Dec. Only gained 16 lbs (roughly 2.7 lbs a month)so I feel pretty good that I am still down from last year.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
