Alright people..it was my birthday weekend and I ate everything I wanted...I haven't been exercising much either....trying to move my daughter back home...but I'm back on track...I walked two miles the past two days...and I'm heading out again now...I didn't reach my 15 lbs by my birthday-but I'm hoping for 15 lbs by the middle or end of July!!! How is everybody else doing..I'm hoping well....Well I'm going to do my 2 miles for today (I haven't been doing the crunches-I will get those in tonight though!!!
