I've read several articles that say you should eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day. Any less and your body may start holding onto fat, thinking you're in starvation mode. I actually increased my calorie intake to lose weight. ...Oh and lifting weight increases metabolism. ....we're gonna look so good for the summer!
