lost a little, but still having a hard time trying to figure out what is on my diet, and what quantities if I am eating away from home which I have been doing all week. The food tracker shows different amounts of carbs for different brands of the same foods, but if eating out there is no way to know what brand they use. Finding it a bit of a challenge just in that respect...otherwise, loving the diet. I find I am not ravenous by lunch time and I get to eat some foods that you ordinarily would have to limit.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
