Last Saturday:
Disappointed with no change. Really have lost interest in diet. Can't say I've over ate, but don't know what I've been good about.
Haven't felt a particular craving for anything.

Today:
I haven't been totally bad this week but haven't been totally good either. I've just been rushing bout and dinners are about convenience and speed instead of actually satisfying hunger. Don't really have a craving for anything which is unusual.

Walked home twice last week and then weighted myself on Saturday and there was no change. Was busy with theory test revision and assignment so was eating at my desk each lunchtime, not paying attention at all to what I was eating.

I'm starting afresh today 'cause I want to shift another 5 pounds or so before Daddy's wedding. Which should be doable. I definitely need to increase my activity. I am hoping that the Easter weekend and the May Day weekend will help with that. After all I lost 3 pounds last May walking round Glasgow and I ate complete rubbish.

I am tempted to try a no-sugar diet or a very low sugar diet. More fresh, natural foods that I can account for. I will weight myself tomorrow morning but I'm not hopeful for much if any weight loss.

I need to set up the Wii again for fitness and start that every day. I think it will mean putting it down in the living room again. I have a sore throat and a bit of a cold today so have no taste for anything. Maybe why this past week I've been not fussed about food but hadn't the time to realise.

From now on it is serious full steam ahead!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
