This week was a bit tough. I was sick for the last half of the week, went to my parents for dinner and binged on cookies last night. I really wanted to be out of the 170's by now :(
170.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
