Fantastic, and realistic goal!! I started with the need to lose 50 lbs.. Have lost 29 so far, and am staring a new challenge next week that will drop 2 lbs. per week for 12 weeks. I've done this pace before, and find that it's right in the middle between "too fast" and "too slow." This pace keeps me motivated, espectially when I allow myself a day off each week.
