Happy to see the drop this morning 😊 I'm beginning to see the pattern...I go down a lb, then bounce around with ounces for a few days or a week, then drop another. Now that I recognize it, I can better accept it 🙃 As long as I keep on this track, I am very satisfied that it's safe and steady wt loss and the development of lifelong eating habits.
I learn so much from this site and each of your feedback. I am SO glad we met!!

Now, for today's Tasty Trivia: The grapefruit's name likely comes from the fact that it grows in clusters, like grapes. There can be as many as 25 grapefruit per cluster.

I have yet to develop a taste for grapefruit...do you have favorite ways YOU like to prepare it? Let's see if you can entice me to try it anew........🤔🤨
