I have gained back 30 lbs. Time to get back on the wagon and start eating well again with the treat now and then. 1600 calories a day should help. I'm going to start a food journal daily again. See if that helps. Also, I'm trying not to eat after 6pm. Tried that last night that was a tough. I think I will drink low sodium chk broth if I get hungry or drink water to fill the black hole that's always hungry down there. ha ha. I hope to be down 30 lbs by the end of June or start of July.
