Wow, I had 2 "forbidden" food items and I still dropped 1/2 a lb. Yeah! I only had a about 1/4 cup of refried beans, and a dozen corn chips. Everything else I ate yesterday was within the scope of what I was supposed to eat. I think this cheat worked better, because I didn't have the mentality of "Oh well I'm already over my carb limit, I might as well eat this ice cream too" I allowed myself ONLY the taco salad, and I didn't eat the fried shell either. I'm proud of myself.
