Ran Boston marathon last Monday then had a slow week of workouts last two days feeling better overall with my dessert (low carb tortilla and crunchy pb)
118.8 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 118.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
