Lets be honest about this … my scales has it's own personality. I can weigh myself in three different locations in the bathroom and get a difference of up to four kgs, so not celebrating.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
