Bodies are fun. I woke up in the middle of the night and chugged a 20 oz. bottle of water, was just insanely thirsty for some reason. I guess that's progress. I've been drinking it, but not retaining it as much as you'd think when I look back at the past few days. Slept pretty hard again, I'm just amazed at how much sleep one can get when needed. I got into the pool yesterday and ended up cleaning it for an hour but no swim. It also made me tired. Lamesauce. Will go for it today. Going to take a short walk with the pups as well. They've been so good and patient. I have to return to normal as much as I can tomorrow. Underate on calories yesterday, wasn't feeling it. I'm going to have to go through the fridge today and toss last week's uneaten veggies. So sad. I hate wasting that way, but I didn't eat them and I won't eat greens that smell like pollywogs. Just can't do it. Nope. Not gonna.

I don't know that the numbers are any kind of accurate this morning, but doesn't really matter. Scale is also low on batteries. Ordered. That's no kind of excuse, it is what it is.

Started some laundry, put on sunscreen and going to go outside in a minute. Sunshine makes me exponentially happier. Say it with feeling, "Onwards!"
