It was difficult to calculate BBQ ribs; lunch 600 and dinner 1200, but no mention of 1/2 rack or full rack. I had a full rack but brought everything else home.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
