Wow 5 days! this is the longest i've ever stayed on a weight loss plan before. i'm doing great! work sucks though, i eat breakfast at home and bring an apple with me so i don't completely starve. lunch at work is so full of cabs and calories and i can only have 1 serving and i don't come close to being full. hopefully i get used to not eating so much soon, so i don't feel so hungry at work. at home i'm fine. my baby girl will be 1 on Thursday, i can't believe how fast time flies.
