Thanks, it's hard sometimes to think I only lost 7 lbs in 2 months but I have got years of bad eating choices behind me. My wife and I are making better choices about what and how much to eat now so that's good. The FS App honestly is responsible for that in my life. It is making me look at what I am eating. So a big Thank You to the Fat Secret community for you support.
