sticking to it- workouts m,w,t,f and counting and staying under 1600 cals a day!! paid off this week!!
keeping consistent and keeping to it!

Oh and feeling oh so good too!!

181.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.9 lb a week
