Well, it has been almost a year since I have been on here. I have gained 5 pounds. I guess I start thinking about weight when spring hits. Started riding exercise bike on March 17 to try and help. Gonna start watching calories to a degree not gonna go crazy with it but need to think before I eat. Would like to get back to ideal weight but things change as we get older.....or is that an excuse...

153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
