Well this week I increased calories and didn't work out as much so maybe I've been needing an increase this entire time. I do feel better when I work out so hopefully I can get back into 5 days a week on that. Although I do run around like a crazy person at work so that is kind of a workout. Anyway - I will take any loss especially the day after St. Patty's day!
