I have been going to the gym on a regular basis for about 3 weeks and i would think the weight would come off faster. Last time i lost the 50lbs i did not step foot in a gym. I'm trying not to give up on the gym because i start to get healthy first and lose too. Anyway i guess i just thought it would be more but atleast im losing right?
157.4 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Many times with exercise, we lose inches before seeing the scale move as much. Losing fat is the most important thing, because you can be at a low weight and still carry too much fat on your body. So take your measurements so you can see the loss of inches when the scale isn't moving as much as you like. You are doing fine.
