Yesterday I had a moment when I went into a store with the intent to buy an ice cream for myself and my husband and granddaughter ... It wasn't until half way through the ice cream as we were sitting at the park that I actually thought about WHAT I was eating ... I don't know if I am sad that I am not thinking about the food ... Or happy that I didn't think about food ... Mmmm I wonder
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
