well, getting a Covid booster in 1 arm & a high-dose flu shot in the other yesterday...really did slow down my arms from shoveling food up to my face! 🤣😉
162.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
