I went to the Texans vs Patriots NFL game on Sunday…
So there is a little indulgence in the Monday morning weigh-in 😫

190.4 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb. Still to go: 25.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 21.0 lb a week
