It's ok...I knew the carbs from yesterday would have to be accounted for, and less steps than usual. But sitting with hubby, holding hands, helping each other with the grief....well...priceless 💑
163.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
