DIET :
whey proteiin shake for lunch and breakfast. and small white fish dinner with steamed vegies. No in between meals. A small protein shake before bed time.
WORK OUT :
Swimming for 45 min five days a week.
30 minutes cardio on the treadmill , at midnight (five days a week)
30 min Weight Training. (five days a week)
Once a week - HOT BIRAM YOGA - 90 minutes class of pure torture.
