Didn't weigh or do elliptical yesterday. Went to IKEA for reunion supplies. Did stretch and core exercises. Updated old iPod and later, new iPod purchased at Target. PC hung up & thought old iPod was toast.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
