Good grief, Monday is in the house and it's nuts at work already. Nothing to do with these numbers, things are just off. I ate slightly over goal, but moved a ton because it was the weekend, including another night swim and bands after. Almost 10K steps just doing stuff. Swim was good, 860 strokes, 10.5 METs, no issues. 11 minutes in warm up, 17 minutes in peak. Yay! Arms feel pretty good this morning for all that pulling. Did bands in the water after, not sure what I'm working on there at the moment, but it felt like it needed to be done. Also used them for stretching.

90% of my Halloween decorations are up, I think I'm going to reuse some color changing lights I have rather than buying purple or orange lights. Will get those later when I see them on sale - or not. I have a giant ghost up on my roof and it looks cool. I want a giant spider, but where do you put those things during the year? Under the bed??? Nope.

Getting a flu shot later today. Good times, good times. Will swim tonight to make sure it gets evenly distributed in my arm.

Numbers below are just weird. I don't think I've suddenly lost a ton of muscle, nor gained a ton of fat. Surprised water is showing so low because I drank a ton. I also swam and did the equivalent of a bunch of squats and leg work after. So, I should be holding water and lean. Whatever. We'll see what it does later in the day if I have time. May edit, may not.

Edit for more towards normal after a cup of coffee and *cough* figure it out. Also, dumping the cooked egg whites into my oatmeal is a culinary fail. Meh.

I dumped them on top to save a plate. They were cooked and I had already tossed the yolk to dogs.
